In a Portuguese-speaking country, we produced and aired an entire campaign in Japanese. Why? Because the new Doritos Wasabi is inexplicably delicious.
Our films and posters were a love letter to the best of Japan pop culture. To make sure that we got the tone right, we worked with nikkei co-directors and actors, along with native-japanese voice artists, translators and consultants. People in Brazil loved it so much that Doritos Wasabi, originally a limited special edition, became permanent part of the brand’s portfolio.
